The weekend
This weekend can be described in one short word, interesting. Everything has been pretty slow since we got back from Schoonwater up until this Saturday night. It wasn't very busy, but plenty still went on. Mandi and Hannes left just Susie, Justin, and I in charge of the bar, but after hearing the stories they jokingly said our American guests did a great job representing us. A large group of American girls showed up from Seyafunda for a night at the bar. From the start you could tell they were ready to let lose and they did. It all started with a bunch of requests for American drinks that we don't have. I decided to solve the problem by making a new drink that consisted of vodka, passion fruit, and sprite. The girls all loved it and decided to name the drink the orgasm; only American girls. So throughout the night I was told by the girls that I give them the best orgasms and they found that quite funny and amusing. After that came a lot of shots. It started off with regular shots, but as everyone's blood stream became far to full of alcohol they decided to do body shots. They did the typical tequila in the belly button, salt on the chest, and lime in the mouth shots along with a few others. Justin couldn't believe it was happening and he told me this was the first time anything like this has ever happened at the bush bar. It was quite amusing and felt like I was back at a college party again. I'm sure next weekend will be just as interesting, or at least I'm hoping. Next on the agenda is a full day at Kruger national park, which I am extremely excited for. We are getting up nice and early and hopefully I get some great pictures and have some close encounters with some of Africa's most amazing animals.
